100% domestic tire manufacturer Anlas will continue to be the official tire supplier of the FIM Speedway World Championship in this exciting new era of the sport.
Anlas has been the supplier of Speedway GP tires since 2018 and has been developing “tubeless” (without inner tires) racing tires specially developed for brake-less speedway motorcycles with a volume of 500cc, which gives the series its name.
Offering a high level of stability at all speeds, the semi-deep kerfs of Anlas tires provide much better traction, especially at the beginning, as well as fast, controlled warm-up and a controlled level of stiffness. The "tubeless systems" also offer less weight and more safety.
Anlas has a very important role to play in providing epic track action, and this role will be further enhanced by the awarding of the “Anlas Overtake Trophy” for the best pass at all events in 2022.François Ribeiro, president of Discovery Sports Events, shared his happiness at joining forces with Anlas with the following sentences:

"Anlas has worked tirelessly in recent years to become the world's leading racetrack tire and we are very pleased that they have become our official tire supplier for FIM Speedway. In any motorsport, continuous improvement is very important to move performance forward, and Anlas does not stand still when it comes to getting higher performance from its tires. We are delighted that they will again be part of a great new era for FIM Speedway that we are looking forward to.”
Eray Savci, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anlas, said, "We are very excited to be a part of FIM Speedway again, which has entered a new era. After many years of development, we are pleased that Anlas is the first choice of all drivers.
As Anlas, we define ourselves as a boutique tire manufacturer; we aim to develop and produce customized, sophisticated tires to meet the expectations of drivers.
Once again, as the Official Tire Supplier of FIM Speedway, we will continue to maintain and strengthen our close relationship with all drivers and stakeholders to ensure the continuous development of our tires to improve the safety and performance of drivers.”
